Chifeng, Inner Mongolia | Water Drop Powder Feed Production Line

A 3-5 tons per hour powder feed production line has been fully installed and commissioned for a cattle farm in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia.

The customer purchased two complete sets of this production line, which are specially designed for powder feed production. The whole line is equipped with a 5-ton raw material silo and water drop hammer mill at the front section, followed by powder buffer bins, feed batching scales and horizontal single-shaft double spiral mixers. The rear part consists of finished product buffer bins and automatic quantitative packing machines.

This line realizes automatic crushing, batching, mixing, storage and packaging. It is suitable for both self-use on farms and commercial feed sales.

The installation of the first set started on May 10, 2026 and was completed on the morning of May 18. The second set started construction in the afternoon of the same day. Both production lines completed installation and trial operation on May 26, 2026. The whole project was efficiently delivered within only 16 days.

Zunyi, Guizhou | Powder Feed Processing Production Line

A 10 tons per hour powder feed processing production line is currently under installation at a cattle farm in Zunyi, Guizhou.

This line takes dried distillers' grains as the main raw material to produce concentrated supplementary feed for cattle. The process includes drying and preliminary cleaning of wet distillers' grains, followed by crushing, packaging and palletizing.

The complete equipment list includes dryers, rotary raw material pre-cleaning sieves, 2 sets of water drop hammer mills, 2 sets of pulse dust collectors, 2 galvanized steel silos of 30 cubic meters, 2 pre-crushing bins of 2 cubic meters, packaging & palletizing units, lifting and conveying equipment, as well as the control system.
