The customer is a local grain processing factory who plans to expand its business into animal feed production. After in-depth communication and technical confirmation, they finally chose our 1 ton per hour modular feed pellet production line.
Main Equipment Configuration
This full set of modular units includes a multifunctional feed hammer mill, single-shaft double-helix feed mixer, ring die pellet machine, counter-flow feed cooler, roller feed crumbler, PLC intelligent control system and automatic oil adding system.

The 250 modular feed line features a compact structure with a floor area of only 16 square meters. The integrated modular design ensures easy installation, simple operation and fast production launch.
The equipment supports dual-purpose processing. It can process concentrated feeds such as corn and sorghum, as well as roughage including straw, peanut vines and pasture grass. It is widely suitable for cattle, sheep, poultry and aquaculture feed production.
Adopting a double helical ribbon blade structure and supporting multiple transmission modes, the mixer achieves a mixing uniformity of up to 93% and completes one batch of materials within 3 to 6 minutes, featuring fast and efficient mixing performance.
