Zimbabwe 304 Model Pellet Feed Unit
The client is a broiler farm. This unit achieves an hourly output of 2 tons for broiler pellet feed and 1 to 3 tons for powder feed. After multiple rounds of communication, we customized this 304 model pellet feed unit to meet the client's demands.

SFSP56-36 Water Drop Hammer Mill: Power 22kW, capacity 1-3 t/h
SLHY2.5 Horizontal Mixer: Power 15kW, capacity 1 t/h
SZLH304 Ring Die Pellet Mill: Power 30kW, capacity 1-3 t/h, equipped with single-layer stainless steel conditioner
SKLN1.5 Counter-flow Cooler: Power 1.1kW, capacity 1-2 t/h
SSLG15×60 Roller Crusher: Power 4kW, capacity 1-2 t/h
The roller crusher crushes large feed pellets into uniform fine particles and effectively boosts the overall production capacity.
The unit is also fitted with automatic quantitative packing machine and electric control cabinet. The packing machine realizes automatic weighing, accurate filling and fast sealing.
The whole set of equipment was fully installed and commissioned from October 4 to November 12, 2024.
