Three Types of Finished Feed Processing Production Lines for Africa

We have successfully completed the installation of a three-type feed processing production line for a modern agriculture and animal husbandry joint-stock company in Africa, and the line is now ready for official operation.

The client mainly produces chicken feed. Its hourly capacity is 7 tons for powder feed, 3 tons for common pellet feed and 1 ton for high-quality pellet feed.

All three lines share the same raw material storage system at the front end. Meanwhile, 

the cooling, crushing, screening and packaging systems at the rear end are shared by two pellet feed lines. 

This integrated design helps reduce investment, improve efficiency and cut operational costs.

Main equipment includes multi-function hammer mill, 

feed batching scale, 

water drop hammer mill, 

horizontal single-shaft double spiral ribbon mixer, 

ring die pellet mill, 

feed pellet machine, 

dryer, 

feed coater, 

counter-flow cooler, crusher

vibrating screen, 

automatic quantitative packing machine, 

lifting & conveying equipment 

and electric control system.

The production line features scientific design, compact layout and high automation. It can stably produce high-quality and diversified feed, fully meeting the production demands of large-scale breeding enterprises.

The equipment arrived at the site for installation on November 21, 2025. The whole installation and commissioning were finished on February 10, 2026, taking a total of 81 days.
