5 Ton/Hour Extruded Feed Production Unit for Nigeria
The client is a large-scale feed processing plant, which mainly produces floating extruded pellet feed for fish.
The finished extruded pellets feature uniform particle size and proper density. They are easy for aquatic animals to digest and absorb, effectively improving feed utilization rate.
Main equipment of this unit includes:
Cylinder pre-cleaning sieve,
horizontal mixer,
water drop hammer mill,
superfine grinder,
rotary sieve,
vibrating screen,
double-shaft paddle mixer,
large feed extruder,
dryer,
counter-flow cooler,
automatic quantitative packing machine
and electric control system.
Equipped with advanced automatic control system, the whole production process including raw material conveying, mixing, grinding, sieving, extruding, drying, cooling and packaging can be operated automatically.
The equipment arrived at the client's site for installation on April 12, 2025. The full installation and commissioning were completed on July 16, 2025, with a total construction period of 96 days.
